The Department of Medical Devices Technologies, one of the technological departments at the Institute, organized in January a course entitled Magnetic resonance imaging MRI
It is among the scientific activities carried out by the scientific departments and was delivered by Dr. Falah Muhammad Abd Harbi, head of the above department, in which a number of members of the Institute participated.
The aim of the session was
1- Introducing the principle of operation of the magnetic resonance imaging device (MRI).
2- Installation of an MRI machine.
3- Introducing how to obtain images using this device.
The course pointed to the importance of introducing the recipients with competence to what the function of radio waves in the device is.
Precautions that must be taken into account before operating the device as it is the most important in diagnosing diseases by scanning
