In April, the Institute’s Immediate Ambulance Department organized a workshop entitled Tests to be measured to identify people with heart disease and in the al-Khwarizmi Hall, which was delivered by M.M. Muhannad Imad Majid Al-Idrisi in the department and attended by a number of members of the Institute. The workshop dealt with the following topics: First: the definition of heart diseases and their types. Second: the most important factors that help the incidence of heart disease. Third: The most important tests that diagnose heart diseases The workshop aimed to clarify the risks of heart disease and its relationship to chronic diseases such as blood pressure and diabetes and to know the groups most at risk of heart disease. The workshop showed the importance of taking care to measure blood pressure and sugar and make periodic tests of the heart including heart enzymes and measuring the level of cholesterol to prevent sudden incidence of a heart disease Stay away from smoking, diet healthy and exercise regularly and stay away from high-fat foods to maintain body health.
