DTI Biography
Dour technical institute (DTI) had been established in 1988 and its one of technical institutes affiliated to the northern technical university/ ministry of higher education and scientific research. Dour technical institute (DTI) is one of the important tributaries to graduate technical, medical, administrative staff in Salahuldin province. The institute is awarded a diploma in technical pathological analysis, diploma in technical electronics, diploma in technical mechanics and diploma in technical accounting. In the academic year 2009-2010 evening study have been started in the institute in all disciplines.

The institute will be an educational vocational and applied institute with an advanced , scientific efficiency and quality in technological, medical and administrative disciplines which kept pace with the evolution of technologies in the twenty-first century

Preparation of advanced technical staff with specific university level similar to developed countries and able to supply country with expert staff according to the needs in engineering , medical and administrative fields

Establish positive relations with other collages and technical institutes and various interested parties outside the institute
Development of teaching staff through their involvement courses inside and outside Iraq and encourage scientific research and curriculum development
